In the transport planning of this project before entering the warehouse, the palletizing system of three robots completes the storage tasks of eight conveyor lines. The storage capacity is not less than 2500 boxes/hour. The stock can reach 14,000 tons. The warehouse zone is designed with 9 sets of palletizers and uses variable cross-section single-pillar straight type high-speed palletizers with exclusive patent of Zhongding Integration as its core devices, which plays an important role in the operation of the whole warehouse.
